This is a freebie BOP, 3-charge water breathing potion provided by several quests in Zangarmarsh. It's Unique, so it might seem like only 1 or other quest gave it to you, but several will give you one if you used yours up or threw it out.

Nothing special, just a small convenience. It can't be vendored either, so just throw it out if you want to save the bag space.

Don't be stupid like I did and not read it. I thought it was to pour some water on some plant, but it just lets you breath underwater. Very helpful for the amount of time you will be spending underwater with some of these quests aka the Umbrafen Eels and their Fillet.

Engineers are lucky though with Deepdive Helmet ( http://www.wowhead.com/?item=10506 ). Still good +Stam for Zangarmarsh

Might be obvious, but you can of course abandon a quest that gives this and get the quest again, and you'll get another bottle. Can use this for farming unidentified plant parts.

This potion appears to be glitched as of now in that it replenishes its charges. I had it verified by a guildie when after using the last charge and logged off, he logged back on to find he had 3 charges back in his bags.
We didn't send a ticket to a GM, we thought why ruin a good thing.

Bizzarely, this is affected by Mixology, increasing the duration to 2 hours.

Not to be confused with the, somewhat similarly named, Potion of Water Breathing which is a shaman-only quest item.
