These quests are really worth doing, as the characters will turn neutral and not attack you afterwards. Besides, it's some really easy 50 000 experience.

The four persons you get the quest from (by killing them) are:

Cohlien Frostweaver (http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=19545)
Abjurist Belmara (http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=19546)

Four items (and, respectively, NPC's that drop them):
Tome de Belmara from Abjuriste Belmara - patrols west part of the village next to tower.
Coiffe de Cohlien from Cohlien Tissegivre - patrols north-west of village town hall.
Mantelet de Luminrath from Adjurateur Luminrath - patrols east of tower and town hall.
Lame de Dathric from Mage de bataille Dathric - inside town hall itself.

All NPC's will become neutral to the player, once their respective quests are turned in.
Regardless of what is listed, the drop rate is actually 100%, as you would expect for a quest starting item.
