If these drop do they act like normal tokens like BoJ and everyone who can use it can loot?
Or is it like the other tiers where only one person can loot?

Soloed Karazhan twice, got it from the curator both times. I think it may drop every time. Now i have 2 sitting in my bags to trade in on stuff that is too low for me. But it's all good.
