This recipe can drop off of both Trash and Bosses in the Serpentshrine Cavern and in The Eye. One of the best DPS belts for both Rogues and Feral Druids in game so far.

I got 2 tailoring recipes in SSC that were not soulbound, got this one and it's soulbound. Why would that be?

In TBC raid patterns were (mostly) structured like this:

BoP pattern <=> BoE item
BoE pattern <=> BoP item

There are exceptions, but the recipes from TBC raids follow this rule.

Atlasloot and Eillesthis mention this drop in The Eye. But no data seems to have been mined from wowhead looter, Have wowhead stopped updating data for older version like TBC?

Or should I trust atlasloot more than wowheads captured data?

Still drops in 5.4.8. Just got it in the Eye from trash near solarian. Too bad I was farming for missing blacksmithing recipes with my - guess what - blacksmith :(

The pattern dropped for me today in The Eye from some trash in Kael'thas Sunstrider's room, so it's still in the game as of 7.3.2.

Just had this drop after 53 full trash clears of Tempest Keep - I had started to doubt it would drop anymore to be honest, but got there in the end.
