This quest item did not have a yellow "quest item box" around it, nor did the worgs show the quest information when you hovered them. And it can be soled. So keep an eye on it if you're like me and sell everything sell able for the sake of gold :P

And yeah, the droprate sucked too :P

edit: Ticketed it and got a reply:
"The Discolored Worg Hearts are also part of an recipe for alchemy. Therefor they are not only questiems.
Because of this the marking as a questitem is missing."

FYI, The recipe that this is a regeant for is no longer obtainable in the game. The quest has been removed.

Killed 300 or so Rabid Worgs today with no drops...the recipe is no longer obtainable. I wonder if the Discolored Worg Heart is as well. It's only used for one recipe, and it's Horde only.
