Hopefully, this pattern will be a bit easier for us to get our paws on, since, if I remember correctly, the orginal weapon chain plans were/are pretty tough to get a hold of.

Finally a level 70 alternative to the good old weapon chains many of us had pre-tbc for pvp. The materials for these chain's are pretty easy to get hold of (I'm sure all miners would agree) and I'll definitly have materials ready to enchant both my one-hander and my two-hander for pvp.

Please be aware that you can enchant your off-hand and it'll decrease the disarm duration on your main-hand. So if your main-hand has another purpose and you use it in pve as well, you can enchant it with the preferred enchant and put the weapon chains on your off-hand.

It's a RANDOM world drop. (not BoP, and blizz actually did say it's a world drop)

Does anyone else feel that Weapon Chains such as this and the Pre-BC steel one should be hands enchants, and not weapon enchants?

This recipe also drops as a BoP item from Kael in Magister's Terrace on both normal and heroic modes.
