Items like these are a fun way to make your bank alts, or low level alts look interesting.
You also get a lot of 'oooos'and 'aaaahs' (not literally) from 'genuine' (new) low level players.

The Ultimate Banker's Collection:

Rules: No level requirement higher than level 5 may be used, as most banker toons exist in the range of level 1-5. Items with no requirement at all are preferred. The higher quality item, the better, but quality should never trump style. Style is greater than all. Cost should be as high as possible, to show the influence of your Banker and ability to procure and sell items. But again, style trumps cost. Points for any class being able to equip the item. More points for improving your style as only your class can and no other, as this shows more prestige and elitism. Further points awarded for using as many item slots as possible on your toon.

The choice of the Tux Shirt or Formal Shirt is based on style, I prefer Formal myself. Looks better on female toons. The choices of The Rock or Tarnished Silver Ring hinges on whether you prefer to show off the money you throw around or the time you throw around. Frayed Gloves, Belt, and Shoes are throw-away items, place holding. They look good with the outfit, but don't add anything to your prestige. Skinning Knife is chosen because it's totally unbreakable! Which is key for a Bank Toon, who should never waste money on important things, only on useless things. That and because it has way more class than the other Unbreakable weapon, the Blacksmith Hammer.

The Off-Hand choices are mostly up to style. I prefer the option of the single red rose, however the black options have potential for some, especcially for Undead toons. The Bouquet of Black Roses is even more prestigous however, due to the hefty increase in cost. However, the Bouquet of Red Roses is clearly the king of prestige items, due to the fact it can be used at any level and it has a proc, but only obtained in high level instances. Making it impossible for the level 1-5 bank alt to procure losing it points. However, if you want to level your bank to 40 it is an option...

Suggestions on improving the list are welcomed and encouraged. Banker Toons of the World... UNITE!

I have used the the Haliscan Jacket since it came out. Tried out the pants too , not so sure yet, but will keep the jacket.

No need to go overboard and cover every single slot just because you can.

Pull off that look and nothing else matters. Noble's monocle, dress shoes, tuxedo set, wine glass (nothing in main hand), and if you really want to show something off, get the ludicrously expensive rings from Paris Hilton to finish them off. Necklace is not needed. And of course, this page's ring would do just as nicely, as would nothing at all.

Oh yeah, and get the run speed enchantment if this is a bank alt.. for utility, of course.

I wish I had a few character slot to make into one of these.. oh well, I can still dress up another one of my characters. I think I might.

Do you think enchanters can put enchanting spellpower, stam, etc, on this, and have it not soulbind?
I used a white vendor ring for this but that bound to me.

Recruit's Boots look good with the tuxedo set also Bottes de recrue
and if your character can wear mail, the Flimsy Chain Belt pulls the boots together with the tux jacket Ceinture en anneaux fins

white roses are also good for the offhand Bouquet de roses blanches

If anyone was wanting to know how much people may pay for this ring, I've seen them go for around 5k each.

While ShamanKalii made a GREAT list, there are a few other items that I think should be included. In fact, it's what my level 5 Alliance Female Gnome Rogue is wearing or sometimes wears as an alternate to some of the things ShamanKill already listed. I'll start at the top, with the head, going down the list of slots. In addition to the Monocle de noble, I wear the Lunettes de soleil rubis with my current outfit as it just looks cooler. Unfortunately, these haven't been available from the vendor for quite a few years, since Outlands, but cost 25,000 gold at the time, which was a LOT of money then. Definitely shows off your prestige and willingness to spend a ton of gold just to look good on your banker alt! Fortunately, the item isn't bound in any way, so it can still be sold by someone who has it, you might be able to find someone in trade willing to sell it or really really lucky and find it on the AH. Here is a list of the rest of the items not included in ShamanKalii's list and that I'm wearing: (Keep in mind my banker is a female).

Patron : Robe de fête, which is sold for 5 Pièce des ancêtres during the Lunar Festival. Again, not bound in any way so a tailor can make it for you. Looks really sharp on a female toon, and there also is a male version of this,
Patron : Habit de fête, as well as 3 colors of the Festival Dress and Festival Suit, which you can see by going to the Pièce des ancêtres page and looking under the "Currency For" tab.

Patron : Culotte d'Haliscan, respectively. Both of these patterns are purchased from NPC Hautaine Lamodiste in Tanaris, unlimited stock on hand. It's a pretty sharp looking outfit. You can see how it looks on their pages as there are screen shots there.

Chaussures habillées, Also created by a tailor using Patron : Chaussures habillées, purchased from NPC Hautaine Lamodiste again. She only has one of this pattern in stock though, so it might be hard to purchase. You might have to camp her with an alt, the pattern isn't BOP so you can trade it to your own tailor if you have one. Or just find a tailor who has it already and have it made for you.

Canne à pointe de diamant I think goes well with this whole outfit I'm wearing, personally, but you can also use the
Bock orné in your offhand, or fancier versions which can be gotten during Brewfest, such as the
Bock de la fête des Brasseurs vert, just one of MANY different colors and varieties available. These steins are BOP, but your level 1 or higher banker alt can complete Brewefest quests to obtain these rewards. These are classified as one handers, so you put a main hand item/weapon on also, and since they are all one-hand you can double fist steins if you wanted to!

Finally, there's several other rings ShamanKalii missed, I haven't gone out of my way to get rings yet, I just have happened to come across the one's I have, and one of them is Anneau à minuscule diamant. It may be minuscule (Blizzard actually spelled it wrong as "Miniscule" which is why I originally had a problem looking it up!), so not as nice as the others, but it's still a ring a level 1 can wear. And it's white, not grey, which is a step up from some other rings, so that's cool! There are a bunch of rings, 5 others besides the actually, which can be used on a level one and are all sold by Arred in The Exodar. All are infinite stock. Just to list them for you:

Anneau de loyauté de l'amiral Taylor on my little Rogue banker. Ring isn't the best example as you can't actually see it on your banker, like you would shoulders or a helm or whatever, but if you have some pieces and they look good on your banker and you aren't using them elsewhere, you can use them on level 1's.

I'll be adding links for 2 screenshots of how this outfit looks on my banker once they are approved, hopefully in just a day or two. Once that happens I'll delete this last paragraph and simply have links for the photos here. Thanks again to ShamanKill for his original and excellent list! Hope people find these additions helpful.
