So far Ive only had these drop off of the Myrmidons.
Also - there is no point in getting more than 3 keys, cause once ya turn the quest in any extra keys poof.

Useful tip.

While in groups, if you are one of those people who are getting them a lot and your group members aren't getting any, as long as you haven't picked all chests (left at least one) you can open chests for other group members.

I had gotten 4 keys and my girlfriend had gotten 2. With auto-loot on, I shift-clicked a box and had it open without looting. I then stepped away and she was able to loot the box without a "Locked" message. She got her 3rd, and then I used my 4th key to get my third right after. :)

Makes it not-so unbearable while doing this quest in a group..!

The keys only drop of Myrmidon's and not from the Siren's, after you completed the quest the remaining keys will disappear, making it no sense to grind more keys (than 3) for one quest.

just did the quest and had 2 keys left over, didnt poof when i turned it in :/

The drop rate on this is very low.

If you kill things slowly(Healer, tank) be ready for a good long farm session.

I guess they couldn't give keys to the Sirens seeing as they are female and would probably misplace them in a jiffy.

Strange, but i tried to put my key in the normal inventory (not the keyring) and it worked. Once i finished the quest, the key remained in the inventory, but also, the orbs of Murloc Control remained in my inventory. So just a tip in case you get extra keys or Orbs
