I've ran Sunwell pretty consistently for over 3 years and have yet to see these plans drop. I even do the adds that are not required (when everyone leaves the raid) I go back and clean up all the existing adds.

Farming the Blacksmithing plans from Sunwell these dropped on my 5th Run.

Numerous other patterns have dropped also, It's a very profitable place to farm.

Dropped today in SWP from the mobs listed on the "dropped by" tab. Kill count was 2022 as tracked by the add-on Rarity. Mainly farmed by killing trash up to first boss 2 or 3 times a day. Several other BoP and BoE patterns dropped as well.

Still drops 8/16/2015. tracked with rarity off mobs up to first boss. 4,471 attempts!

Still in game, just got mine today along with the Blessed Gauntlets I've been missing. Just another 7 plans and I'll have them all! Too bad they're world drops though, I check the AH everyday to find bumpkis >>.

Dropped for me today after 60-70 runs of just pulling mobs up until the first boss just I was about to give up on them. If you are farming these don't give up just keep going you'll get them. Some tips if you have any class that can teleport to your order hall and teleport back to the instance like a monk or a death knight can help you reset it faster. Good Luck.

Just a little reassurance to anyone still farming these that after 4 years of on and off farming, these plans finally dropped for me.

I still require the Sunblessed gauntlets from the Sunwell and swiftsteel bracers from battle of mount Hyjal, which if anything like the Khorium Battlefists, should still be dropping too.

There is hope, dont give up. Your collection will one day be complete.

6 runs and this dropped twice,...on my Tailoring Mage. I bet if I ran my Paladin I'd get my tailoring pattern I want,...lol.
So yes, still drops. These old patterns really shouldn't be Soulbound anymore - would be nice if they could just make all patterns BoE. Oh well, here's hoping.
