In my experience, these respawn very slowly, so if there's none at your station, or if you just saw someone nab them all, you might want to just run to the next one.

I concur. The respawntime of these seems to be very low. I'm waiting for one more for over 10 minutes now.

Try looking around 52.31 as well. Found a lot of them there when the other spots were empty.

EDIT:
Seems like all of the surrounding dig sites shares a spawn timer for these ores, so just go from dig to dig in order to complete the quest.

they do not have a large respawn timer, there is a cap to the amount of ores that can be present at a time including the other spawn areas
