These are found outside of Revantusk Village. It's a high level quest but they're easy to get (no combat involved usually).

Be careful if your alliance because if you get to close to the horde town the guards will see you from hella far away and they would end up killing you..

There's quite a lot of them near the entrance to the horde area. If you're low level alliance tho, better stay out of there. Also, the items you're looking for are quite small so i'd suggest just walking around without mount (especially flying mount).

I remember when you had to pick this quest up from Whiskey Slim in Booty Bay and then return to him. They've made this quest a lot easier than it used to be.
