Can be picked up at either dock. These are the only places so far I've noticed they spawn. Despite the deceptive 10 stack shown above. You can only carry one at a time and you will lose it if you die.

Seaforium charges planted by the enemy can be disarmed by right-clicking them. It's about a 2-second channel that is interrupted if you take any damage. You have to be fairly quick about it, since the explosive goes off after 10 seconds.

In the Death Knight leveling zone, you can pick up a charge in the Noxious Glade. It appears as a grey sphere with a gear cursor just before the path down to Browman Mill.

For lack of wanting to sound like an eeediot.. How do I drop these once I've picked them up. I can't seem to find it in my bags once I have picked one up.

For real. How do I drop the thing. I can pick one up no problem but don't see it in inventory. No fun being dumb.

When you pick one up drag it to your action bar and cast it from there when you want to use it. If you are an engineer look in your engineering toolbox as that is where it is put when you pick it up.
