These are great fun while doing your Ebon Blade dailies. Save them up until you get a great heaping stack of the bones...then buy one of each type of rune, and enjoy being awesomely uber for a day's worth of dailies. Yes, the runes do indeed stack.

Do these help with the Argent Tournament? Grand Melee, outside the gate, etc? I assume they do, since AP buffs seem to help, but I keep forgetting to check.

The rewards received from the Vrykul Bones can not be used in any of the raid instances in Icecrown. You will just lose the buffs.

15 Vrykul Bones can be turned into the Bone Witch for Ebon Blade Rep.... 15 bones = 14 Rep with the Ebon Blade

I maxed out on Rep with Kinghts of the Ebon Blade, you can use the bones to get this rune: Fate Rune of Fleet Feet - it gives 15 % movement speed in Icecrown Cotadel.
Other runes are available too.

Sold by The Bone Witch @ 32, 42 in the Njorndar Village...
