They do vendor for 50s each, so a stack of 8 is 4g... Unless you're desperate for a drink, you'd be crazy to drink it instead of vendoring.

I'm ever so curious as to if this is part of something greater. The flavor text, to me at least, could imply it's useful for something else. Perhaps an npc becomes available or something upon drinking this?

I haven't had any recently to experiment with, but I'm going to check it out next time I can. If you recall, the one daily for the frenzyheart involves the brewer in nessingwary's camp. I'm curious as to if he'd offer you anything for this or perhaps someone else in the camp. (I also already have the frenzyheart brew)

I had done the Oracles egg chain and got lucky and got the mount on first try so I decided to check the Ripe Disgusting Jar out and on my first try I got the Frenzy Heart Brew ... Its cool if you like toys like this and I do. It allows me to turn into a wolvar for a few minutes. This is especially cool to do when you have the new wolvar companion out and run around. Anyway thats my two cents worth. I hadn't seen anyone post about that yet so wanted to toss the info out.
