I hate this item. Every time I open the bag, all I see is purple, and it gets my hopes up, then I see instead of a bear I got water. ;.;

Really now, level 75 water and it does 7200 mana, its almost a joke, not a funny one though.
Actually its level 65, why in an area that is peppered by level 80s and elites are you given a 65 item. Maybe if it gave a buff like 25 Frost resist for 1 hour it would be consider not total and complete junk.
