I'm sure it'll be useful for someone to know that this item only works in Azshara. Also, as of this posting, the item has a duration of 2 hours, not 1.

So where do you get a new one when it disappears after 2 hours? I returned to where got the quest but they weren't offering any more to replace a missing one. I never put these on, I went to help a guildie, when I returned to Azshara they were gone, not in my bags or bank.

Figured it out, you have to abandon the quest & start it over. at least it doesn't take long to do.
