If you are a warrior tank, these are a cheap and easy way to start a fight with extra rage. Between using Bloodrage and drinking one of these you can begin combat with plenty of high threat abilities. Great when you know that you won't be taking massive damage right away and won't be risking death by using a potion cooldown.

As of patch 2.4.3 these no longer require Briarthorn to make, but instead only require 2 Sharp Claws (and a vial, obviously).

This is quite possibly the cheapest skill up I've ever seen. The claws go for something like 1s each on the two servers I've leveled an alchemist on.

I prefer using this potion over on my level 29 warrior for BGs, due to its inexpensive & easy to acquire mat to make.

Do these things start you off with above-max rage (i.e. 120-140 rage?) Or do they act like Healing Potions and simply fill your bar?
