The effect on this trinket procs off of ANY spell. As a mage, it procced on blink, arcane brilliance, molten armor, etc. If it's a cast, it will proc this trinket.

The bubble effect you get around your character when the buff is up is a nice animation. I submitted a screenshot.

This item appears to be missing a 0, I find 29 way too low, especially considering items have more than 10x as much or more with just a bit higher item level.

For clarity, I think this should be 290 instead of 29.

in the most recent update i had this item equipped, now the stack is at x6 and the timer is stuck at 14s. :D kind of an advantage, but clearly a bug!
