This is the first Cata replacement for WotLK melee trinkets; the tooltip above shows the old stats (+143 strength), the stats in 4.0.1 are:

+143 crit rating
Melee attacks add 17 Strength, stacking up 10 times

and can be obtained after 20 or so quests in Vash'jir at 80.

Does this mean every melee attack? Or is this some proc percentage of melee attacks?

I wish the item comparison tool would reflect that this little trinket gives you up to a 170 str buff.... that would certainly change the item score for us str dependent classes.

I race changed from Alliance to Horde and already had one equipped. I re-did some of Vashj'ir as my quests got reset and got a second. I can confirm they don't stack. sadly.

I race changed as well. I have 2 and while they don't stack, each melee hit gives you 2 charges. So you hit the full 10 charges in 5 strikes instead of 10.

If your a Paladin it procs from Seal of Truth, even if you don't swing you weapon. Judgement seems to make it get to two stacks if you have Truth up.
