Currently the only way to "sprint" while in water. The Swiftthistle is a pain to get but well worth it if you want to move fast in water.

Does not stack with Hook of the Master Angler, but you can use them both at the same time, so when the pot wears off, you can still be at 25%

This does not appear to stack with the swim speed bonus from a Druid's Aquatic Form and Glyph of Aquatic Form.

This potion has a 25% distance advantage to the new Draenic Swifteness potion

On land, the old Swiftness potion covers roughly 60% more distance at speed than the new one. (50% X 15 sec vs 70% x 8 sec.)

If base speed is 100, then the old Swiftness potion allows a distance of 2250. Even though the new potion is faster, it lasts shorter, so the distance covered is only 1360.

In the water, the old Swim speed pot has a 25% advantage for distance (2000 compared to 1600) compared to the new Draenic swiftness potion

In my experience, the tactical use of swiftness benefits more from the distance it covers than the speed, but that's just me

Nage rapide buff id is 7840 (for weakauras, etc.).

Also, I tested swim speeds for Druids (all naked fwiw):
-- 67.5% base swim speed (all Druid forms except Aquatic)
-- 135% Forme aquatique swim speed (i.e., swim speed increased 100%)
-- 135% swim speed with Nage rapide buff (i.e., still only increased 100% over base swim speed, so it's the same speed as Forme aquatique)

Other Notes:
1) Item use does NOT kick you out of your current Druid form, and the Nage rapide buff remains through all Druid form shifts.
2) Item use does NOT allow you to breathe underwater, nor does it restore breath.

tl;dr for Druids with Forme aquatique: Don't bother with this potion, as Forme aquatique is always superior because even though the swim speeds are the same, Forme aquatique allows breathing underwater and restores breath. A better choice would be Potion des eaux sombres or Potion de rapidité draenique.
