This enchant requires a Runed Elementium Rod, which as of this writing is unavailable to characters under level 84. Lower levels can learn the enchant but can't cast it.

Agilité requires the following materials:

Cristal du maelström x2
Poussière hypnotique x12
Air volatil x15

You will need one Vélin d'enchantement to make Enchantement de brassards (Agilité), but it not required when enchanting gear through a trade window or your own gear.

There is currently a bug that does not allow you to use this enchant on bracers lower than 300 ilvl. You receive an error message stating "Target is too low level" when attempting to do this. It's a shame because this enchant is one of the best for agility using twinks. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

well to be honest it is not a bug, if you read the formula it clearly states "Requires a level 50 or higher item." :/
