This is a super useful bonus. I figured i would get some alternative quests when completing The filling the moonwell quest, but this is still very nice bonus. It makes for a lot less downtime between quests as you can sit and get all your mana back in 5 seconds and you get a nice buff. Very happy i chose to turn this one in first.

I wish there was more food items like these, takes forever to get mana back with the regular foods.
Even without any buff it would be nice to save time.

Just block em from BG's/Arena to keep PvPers from complaining to much.

Yeah, food buff disappears when you leave molten front... kinda lame =/

Only one small problem....all the above comments don't tell you WHERE this drops or is obtained from.....anyone with a clue?

This is found on the edge of the moonwell, and a spirit version buff food is found on the tree, of maybe its the other way around, u get the picture, just click them.
