Sho is located at either (29.6, 30.6) crouched above the hozen, or at Halfhill.

When you are level 90, if you have Poisson de l'Éternel printemps x5 in your pack she will offer you a daily to turn those in to her for rep.
One Eternal Blossom Fish is made with Dipneuste de jade x1 and Melon à rayures x5
When you are level 90, her favourite gift is Pomme délicieuse along with Jogu l’Ivrogne

Best Friends with Sho
When she is your Best Friend, an orange tree will appear on the farm.
She will also post you a Criquet rouge, acompanion pet.

She'll come and lurk on top on the bale of hay near the watering can.
If she's at the market she will not come to your farm and you must wait for a day when she is at "home" ontop of the hozen ridge where so many dailies are completed.

Tied up with the new Pandaren cooking, and the Tiller's reputation are some individual "reputations" associated with ten npcs which are located around Halfhill and the Heartland in Valley of the Four Winds. When Jogu the Drunk predicts "jade melons", he is referring to jade squash, not striped melons. Squash gives the harvest bonus, not melons.

This is one of the least valuable ingredient items in Pandaria - unlike most other items that you can plant on your farm, this one is not used for any feast or top-tier food items. If you have a surplus, I suggest turning them into a bag of groceries for an Ironpaw token, or trying to find a market for them on the Auction House.
