Pigment is inside of a cave just west of the western "blighted" (For lack of a better word) area that you killed weeping horrors at a few quests back

Coordinates when using the "Coordinates" named addon from curse are indeed 76.9 - 57.2
If you use another add-on it might be reversed, but if you pay attention to the first line of this post which is which should be relatively easy to figure out.

There is indeed an idol inside the cave. I highly recommend picking it up or waiting for it to respawn for a couple minutes if you must. While it is only a 100g grey item, it also gives 486,000 XP at level 87 (with rested bonus) so it's well worth the wait (That's the equiv of turning in about 4 quests in that area) You cannot pick this item up twice.

Don't be fooled by the location of the quest's yellow marker, which appears to be ABOVE the cliff face in the zone to the north! The Pigment is in a cave, on SAME level as quest-giver. To access cave, head WNW from Zhu's village and you will see a cave entrance in the wall of the cliff. Inside (good map once you get in) are many of the Sauroks you need to kill for same quest. Pigment Jar is way up the back. Look in every area ..... I found a GREY "Saurok Stone Tablet" which is soulbound, and has no apparent purpose, although it was sat there sparkling. But it has a vendor price of 100 gold!

I struggled a bit with the directions because I keep forgetting to download a dang coords addon. But for more help I submitted two screenshots, one of the entrance in map and another standing in front of the cave entrance. If you open map, the Cave entrance is close to Zhus Watch, west of it. Hope this helps.

Was going to loot this for the quest "Why So Serious?", but another one looted one before me. I went to take it straight afterwards and it said "No loot."I waited a while and then I could loot it and take it as it should be.

So if it says "No loot." Just wait a while and then try to pick it up again.
