The plain version of this artifact counts towards the following two achievements:

Collectionneur : services à thé pandarens - restoring five of these
Collectionneur : services à thé pandarens - after earning the achievement above, you move on to restoring TWENTY of these (the joy!)

Occasionally while working towards finishing the common Pandaren artifacts, you actually end up completing a 'Pristine' version of the artifact instead. Hand in the subsequent quest at the Seat of Knowledge in the Val de l’Éternel printemps (there is nothing else that needs to be done) and you'll receive one Éclat de poterie pandarène and 3x Artéfact restauré (which is an archaeological currency for MoP).

The location 'The Seat of Knowledge' for all hand-ins to Chroniqueur Cho is above the Palais Mogu’shan in the Val de l’Éternel printemps and can only be accessed with flying.

The following is a list of all possible 'Pristine' Pandaren artifacts:

Echiquier pandaren can instead become Echiquier en parfait état which gives you Echiquier en parfait état
Figurine incrustée d'or can instead become Figurine incrustée d'or en parfait état which gives you Figurine incrustée d’or en parfait état
Service à thé pandaren can instead become Service à thé pandaren en parfait état which gives you Service à thé pandaren en parfait état
Perle de Yu'lon can instead become Perle de Yu'lon en parfait état which gives you Perle de Yu’lon en parfait état
Etendard de Niuzao can instead become Etendard de Niuzao en parfait état which gives you Etendard de Niuzao en parfait état
Bocks jumeaux can instead become Bocks jumeaux en parfait état which gives you Bocks jumeaux en parfait état
Canne de marche can instead become Canne de marche en parfait état which gives you Canne de marche en parfait état
