The plain version of this artifact counts towards the following three achievements:

Le cœur brisé
Collectionneur : boîtes d’apothicaire - restoring five of these
Collectionneur : boîtes d’apothicaire - after earning the achievement above, you move on to restoring TWENTY of these (the joy!)

Occasionally while working towards finishing the common Pandaren artifacts, you actually end up completing a 'Pristine' version of the artifact instead. Hand in the subsequent quest at the Seat of Knowledge in the Val de l’Éternel printemps (there is nothing else that needs to be done) and you'll receive one Éclat de poterie pandarène and 3x Artéfact restauré (which is an archaeological currency for MoP).

The location 'The Seat of Knowledge' for all hand-ins to Chroniqueur Cho is above the Palais Mogu’shan in the Val de l’Éternel printemps and can only be accessed with flying.

Description of the item:

"A complete set of brass apothecary jars, with neatly engraved labels, meant for the storage of a complicated array of powerful medicinal herbs. Although the exact use of most of the herbs remains a mystery, a plaque on the box containing the tins identifies the physician as Yao Firmpaw, a name still associated with health and wellness in the Valley of the Four Winds because of his spectacular career. Yao never married - legend has it because his heart was forever broken."
