I believe the tooltip for this is incorrect:

150k mana over 20 seconds would be 7.5k mana per second, but the buff from these says 15k mana per second.
Therefore, that makes these give 300k mana over 20 seconds.

Assuming all of the tool tips are correct here, this food has a major mana per second restoration advantage over all but one of the other Pandarian foods. 150k/20 =7.5k per second. I see the best cooking fabricated beverages returning 75k mana over 20 seconds (3.5k per second), and the standard vendor "water" returning less than that.

Given 250k mana pools even with 410 equipment the "water" in this expansion seems dramatically less effective than past expansions.

Only the Half an Apple (quest reward from turning in the rep building Apple item from dark soil ) gives a better mana per second return at 120k over 10 seconds.

I will try to edit this post as information changes. ... I have to think there will be changes to keep parties from waiting 90 plus seconds for healers to restore their mana if they don't have a mage in their party (and a pretty long 40 to 50 seconds if they do)
