This is picked up from the barrel behind Maître résinier Vu after you complete the quest Le sang des anciens. Drinking it gives you the buff Nauséeux. After the buff falls off or is clicked off you vomit and get the debuff Des tripes solides. While Girded Gut is active drinking more Dreadbrew won't give you the Nauseous buff.

This item actually has the same effect as Bière amère de Bartlett, the brew of the month club's November special. As with Bière amère de Bartlett, Chope de Brasseffroi will sometimes apply Nauséeux to another player if you vomit on them, and will also slime them. Ew!
