The items drop from the elite Hozen up on the mountain (where Sho hangs out, coords 30,30). Seems to be 100% for each, after you've turned in the quest before it!

Dropped for me, but not my wife. Only difference is I had given her some Firespirit Salmon. Maybe handing that in is required for the drop?

After the Necklace, I looked up for more of these and went to kill my first Kunzen Hunter. He dropped both the Tiara and the Earring. I never turned in any food either. Just an FYI

I killed a Kunzen Ritualist and got all three at once!

Nice Necklace drops immediately after gaining Acquaintance with Tina Mudclaw from any NPC that would give credit for any of the Tillers rep quests. Exquisite Earring 1st kill right after gaining Friend with Tina and Beautiful Brooch dropped 1st kill after gaining Good Friend with Tina, all turn in for up to 4125 rep. I would guess that Tasteful Tiara drop at the buddy.
