MoP weapon enchant. Upgrade for Pyrium Weapon Chain. The only difference is that instead of hit, now provides you with expertise.

expertise is converted to "spell hit" in MoP making this a very nice enchant for either lowly leveling weapons or while waiting for a big end-game enchant to drop in price a bit.

Wowhead tells me that this can be applied to any ranged weapon, which is a shame, speaking as a Hunter.

With the melee weapon slot gone in MoP, Hunters no longer have a weapon chain slot available. Instead of simply adding the -60% disarm duration effect to any scope Blizz decided to force Hunters to not pick the 900 Critrating / 1800 Agi for 10s scope for PVP. Because in PVP a weapon chain is a must (Disarm: Lasts 10s, 1min CD).

They should have added the disarm reduction to scopes.
Before MoP: Weapon chain + DPS scope.
Now: Weapon chain for PVP, scopes for PVE.

Also all the Hunters before MoP can't PVP disarm-protected anymore because unlike before there's no disarm reduction effect available anywhere that can be applied to a ranged weapon slot...

this any good or does the disarm effect thing not really help in raids and dungeons?

Mainly for PvP use. Very good in arena. I use it on an alternate weapon for when i encounter disarming classes like warriors and priest. Its a horrible thing to waste neary half of your nukephase with no weapon.

dose this stack with the warriors Malevolent Gladiators PVP gear? im guessing no but hopeing yes.

This chain CAN be applied to heirloom weapon. However characters below lvl 85 will not benefit from it.
