This trinket virtually negates the base resilience of any player.

My current PvP prot gear as a warrior grants me 64% Resilience, this trinket brings my resilience basically down to 27%

Fluffy targets will be fluffy :O

But limited to open world pvp / Pandaria?

Got this trinket a few days ago.

Works only in Pandaria.

Does not work inside the capital Pandarian cities. It does however work in the outside section of them.

Does not share a GCD with honor or conquest PvP Power Trinkets that have a "use" ability.

This trinket is the holy grail for those that love World PvP like me.

As of a hotfix, this now provides half as much PVP power (5000) but lasts 30 seconds. (edit: and can't be used in conjunction with the badge)

I did a bit of math, and for me, it gives me less damage against players than the nerfed badge. The trinket's effect lasts longer, but the badge has passive power and resilience. Choice is yours, but I'm going with the badge now.

Saw this drop off of a Shieldwall Footman (84.3,31.2) today. The one standing right next to where Mavis Laruine spawns.

Edit: Mavis Laruine was not spawned/dead when I looted the npc above. I was farming Black Prince rep.

I transferred back to Horde after a few years as Alliance, and I found out this shares a cool-down with Manuel d'agent du SI:7 in a strange way. Even though they're both effectively the same item, you are not limited by "Unique-Equipped" restriction between the two, and can have both equipped at the same time (ignoring how much this would potentially be gimping your stats, but I digress). They both share the same 1-minute cool-down as listed on the tool-tip, BUT if you use one of them, the other one's cool-down is only half (30 seconds) what the tool-tip says it should be.

Since the buff lasts for as long as the other trinket's reduced cool-down, if you had both of them equipped at the same time and burned the cool-downs back-to-back, you could essentially have an additional 5,000 PvP Power for 60 seconds straight.
