A first hand account of destruction wrought on Zandalar during the Cataclysm, and a final vow for revenge.

In Battle for Azeroth we learn that Zul prophesied that the island would sink and took the Golden Fleet to try and form a new troll empire by allying with other tribes and the mogu, as seen in Cataclysm and Mists.

However, the kingdom did not sink, and the Zandalari people rebuilt, though the jungle of Nazmir did become a swamp.

I just looted Journal zandalari détrempé on the Île des Géants off of a Dinomancien zandalari, the same mobs that drop the Zandalari pets, Mordilleur zandalari, Mordille-chevilles zandalari, Écrase-pieds zandalari and, Ronge-orteils zandalari, and it did count toward the achievement Carte de bibliothèque zandalari, so they obviously come from more than just the Île du Tonnerre.

You can safely vendor this item. Looting the item is what counts towards the achievement progress, and it's not required that you keep it.

Journal zandalari déchiré
Journal zandalari effiloché
Journal zandalari détrempé

You do not get credit if the book is traded or if you purchase it, only if you loot them.

Of all the Zandalari Journals, this has got to be the most heart warming. Poor Trolls. And now we're killing scores of them.

It seems that the highest drop chance for this is Coffre inespéré, which is looted from Trésor du roi-tonnerre

The drop rate on all of these books has been DRAMATICALLY increased recently. I got 4 in about 15 minutes a few days ago.

Both Sparkmaster Vu and Foremaster Deng gave me a book each. I imagine Haquin will give me a book someday too. Those mogu just love to read I guess.

600 trolls and counting. Still haven't gotten this book, but have looted multiples of all the others.

It is important to note that these have to be looted so buying them will not count toward the achievement.
