10-man/25 drops item levels of 522.
Heroic 10/25 drops 535.

The time spent to loot LFR pieces is a waste if you're going for 522,535.

Ao Pye is the vendor at 37.98, 64.49 who will swap this item for Handwraps of the Exorcist. When you click to vendor, you will see 3 different versions. Mouse over each and the loot icon will turn from grey to bronze when you mouse over the item that is specific to your class.
