Is this bugged? I've been reading that a lot of players from both factions haven't seen this mission in months. I know I haven't, even checking multiple times on multiple 120s daily.

This mission is the most rare mission table mission of all of BfA.

I have contacted Support and all I got was "Yeah, we know they are rare, this is by design and we also haven't seen them. If you're unhappy - submit a bug report".

Sadly, we can't do anything about this. I've submitted a few bug reports more than 2 months ago, but still - nothing has happened.

A user named Debzta wrote this on the achivement page, and it seems like it worked for a couple of people:

I think I may have figured out the Dalaran Ritual problem - maybe.
I had a pesky 100 gold mission (sorry forgotten the name already) that I was not doing as I did not want to waste resources on 100g.
In the end I did it and straight after I completed the mission and my list refreshed 'Dalaran Ritual' showed up. Turns out it is another minimal gold award mission so maybe the two are actually linked.
I will finally have the achievement in about 8 hours!

Mission spawned for my character (Horde) today 01/01/2020 and was available to pickup for 8hrs.

Is this mission even able to appear in Shadowlands? I've noticed no gold missions ever appear anymore. This is the last one I need for the achievement and I've been watching out for it for months :(

3 missions, gone for over a year, Dalaran Ritual, Dancing with the Dark Rangers and Steamwheedle Alliance.
So, Cernunnus below might have figured it out. You might have to clear a gold quest before another shows up. Old posts said these had gold rewards.
HOWEVER, I couldn't tell for sure, because it appears that Activision/Blizzard has removed ALL gold quests from the table, thus sabotaging the achievements.
I can't remember the last time I saw a gold quest, so I just took 15 alts to check the table, and not one gold quest.
For some reason, ACTIVISION/Blizz appears to resent players earning gold IN GAME LEGALLY! So they not only remove gold missions, but now reward rares, world bosses and regular quests with GRAY TRASH!
It appears that in their haste to rob us of legal gold, they also robbed us of these achievements.
(yes, I've left feedback in WoW, several times; another pointless action.)

Can confirm that this quest is again available.
Just completed it today on 28.07.2022 and finally got my last achievement :D

I suppose rest of previously broken missions can be completed aswell.
