Bolstering Nerfs
On the Patch 9.1.5 PTR, Bolstering has been nerfed, making the effect temporary instead of lasting permanently. This change should make this affix much more bearable.
Bolstering
When any non-boss enemy dies, its death cry empowers nearby allies, temporarily increasing their maximum health by 15% and damage by 20%.
From our spell datamining, we've seen that Bolstering now only lasts 20 seconds! This means that you can time out Bolstering, instead of being forced to wipe.
Renforcement
Bolsters allies within 30 yards upon death, permanently increasing their maximum health by 15% and damage done by 20% for 20 sec. Stacks.
Duration changed from -1 ms to 20 sec
Raging Nerf
On the Patch 9.1.5 PTR, Raging has also been nerfed further. Raging is less of a problem if you have a Soothe, when you don't have a Soothe, it can cause significant problems for specific trash mobs.
Raging
Non-boss enemies enrage at 30% health remaining, dealing 750% increased damage until defeated.
