Skin Color Change at the Barber Shop

The feature is currently not available for Mag'har Orcs and Dark Iron Dwarves, probably because they were added at this very build. All other races, Allied or Non-Allied, have access to the feature.

Death Knights don't have access to their sickly/undead skin colors as a Barber Shop option, probably an oversight.
