Heart of Azeroth No Longer Gives Bonus Threat Multiplier for Tanks

Legion baseline threat was 10 times damage, scaling up to a possible 20 times damage with an Artifact weapon.

Battle for Azeroth nerfed Tank threat to ~4.5 times damage.

Patch 8.2 buffed Tank threat by 27% with all 3 Essence slots, buffing Tank Threat to ~5.7 times damage.

Patch 8.3 removed the Essence change and added a flat 50% to the Heart of Azeroth, buffing Tank Threat to 6.75 times damage.

Shadowlands Pre-Patch added an additional 11% base threat, buffing Tank Threat to 7.5 times damage.

Removing the Heart of Azeroth threat multiplier leaves Tank threat at a baseline of 5 times damage.
