Nerfs to TBC Gems and Striking Enchants - Blizzard Timewalking Changes

With today's reset, the previously announced Timewalking changes went into action. These changes, as expected, nerfed the value of some TBC gems, plus fixed missing scaling on Striking enchants and sharpening stones.
Gems found in Burning Crusade Heroic dungeons now scale properly with character level.
Fixed a scaling issue with several Legacy weapon modifications (sharpening stones, weightstones, and enchantments such as Major Striking) that added flat damage to weapons, causing these modifications to be much more powerful than intended.
TBC Gem Nerfs
The two targeted gems here were the popular Timewalking gems,
Tanzanite intemporelle
and
Tanzanite souveraine
. However, the gems weren't hit evenly. While both gems originally gave +5/+6 stats, now,
Tanzanite souveraine
gives +4/+4 and
Tanzanite intemporelle
gives... uh... +1/3 / +1/3. While the tooltip of the intellect gem says +1/+1, testing shows that you need 3 of the gems equipped to gain +1 intellect, likely a bug.
It is uncertain why both gems weren't brought to the +2/+2 range of remaining TBC gems. With this change, the Strength gem is still worthwhile using and farming, while the Intellect one is completely dead.
Striking and Sharpening Stone Changes
Other change with today's hotfixes were change to flat weapon damage enchants and sharpening stones. Previously these modifiers did not scale down at all, so they were very powerful in timewalking content.
