New Tier of Ineffable Truth Can Now Roll As a Corruption Effect

The +12 Corruption version of the Ineffable Truth effect (new Tier 1), can now roll as a Corruption effect according to
today's hotfixes
. This brings the total number of random corruption rolls to 52 (up from 51) meaning when a pieces corrupts, you now have a 1.92% chance of getting the exact corruption that you want.

New Tier of Ineffable Truth
Previously, we believe this tier of Ineffable Truth was found in the data, but it never procced on any random item and thus, it was removed from our Corruption Guide. We have readded it after
today's hotfixes
and assume it to be 30%.
