Venthyr Level 3 Mirror Network is Missing Portal to Oribos

As players are starting to upgrade the covenant travel networks, we wanted to highlight an issue first reported in beta--the Venthyr travel network is missing the portal to Oribos.
Opening the Tier 3 portal network for the Venthyr in Sinfall gives this tooltip:
Your mastery of Mirrors will be complete. This final restoration effort will restore the mirrors in The Feeders' Thicket and Dominance Keep. Now at full power the network provides you the ability to find and repair damaged mirrors across Revendreth. Venturing through these special mirrors can lead to new discoveries, and even unique rewards you can only access through these mirrors. Adds a portal to Oribos within Sinfall.
Portals to Oribos were added to Tier 3 travel networks at the end of October (I first noted the changes in October 30th revisions of the travel guides), and were found in three of the four Sanctums at that time. Sinfall's Oribos portal was a consistent no-show. We assumed that either the tooltip would change, or the Sinfall portal would be added in by the time the expansion went live, but apparently this is not the case.

The first upgrade I had my eye on was the level 3 mirror network, because having a portal to Oribos in Sinfall like it advertised in the tooltip would be extremely convenient. So I prioritized upgrading the mirror network over everything else. This week, I finally unlocked and built the level 3 mirror network and... the Oribos portal is nowhere to be found. After completing the quests to attune the last two mirrors and teach me about the mirror repairing system, I looked all over Sinfall for this Oribos portal and couldn't find it. So I googled it, and I found a bunch of other people complaining that the portal wasn't in the game. There were even a lot of complaints about it back in beta, so it's not like this is a new problem. Blizzard's known about this for months and hasn't fixed it.
This sucks. I feel like I just wasted my whole first month of souls and anima gathering. Venthyr get screwed on the mission table, they get screwed on the anima conductor, why do we have to get screwed on our travel network too?
This was bug reported extensively in Beta (I personally bug-reported it with every beta release between the time it was supposedly released and when beta closed), but apparently this has not yet been fixed. The Oribos portals are presumably working fine for the other three Covenant's Sanctums, but are still not there for the Venthyr.
