My favorite zone is Deepholme. The world pillar quests give the player an immediate sense of urgency when questing, and the crystals floating around really gives the place a cool feel.

My favorite zone would have to be Nagrand, it is a beautiful zone, and when I'm bored or feeling nostalgic, I go there and look at the floating trees and the rivers running through it. The lore behind Outland fascinates me, and Nagrand is one of the few untainted areas left on that world.
Defenitively Shadowmoon Valley---dark, gloomy ambiance, great terrain and skyline, awsome quest chains, like 10 factions battling it out in constant all-out warfare and..well...BLACK TEMPLE? yes sir.
My favorite zone by far is Nagrand. When Wrath launched, the computer I had at the time couldn't handle the x-pack, so I was basically stuck in BC. It didn't feel like I was stuck, though, since I spent all my time in Nagrand. The music, the bright sunshine, the green grass, the animals, it all contributes to my love of the zone.I remember there were a few days where I would just hop from floating island to floating island to take screenshots.
I really like Hellfire, the first time I rode up the way to Honor Hold, it felt fantastic. Beautiful scenery, sky and music. All at once. Finally getting into Outland back then felt so epic, like a real accomplishment.
My favorite zone would have to be the Storm Peaks. Why? Its got proto dragons, frost giants, giant blue women who ride blue proto dragons, frost dwarfs, and more titan lore then you can shake a stick at. I almost forgot about the giant prison complex that is Ulduar that houses the god of death himself Yogg Saron. Oh yeah how could i forget the iron dwarven creations of Loken building a giant iron colossus to use against the earthen .
Azuremyst Isle and Bloodmyst Islebecause they were a huge improvement over the vanilla starting zones in terms of questing and mob levels. Comparing them to the classical starting zones... well, less travelling is always better.I'd consider BE starting zones as well but I don't do Horde.;)
My favourite zone was probably The Barrens pre-shattering. It used to have TONS of quest and a nice lore was discovered by questing there. By the way, I'm looking for Manrkik's wife, has anyone seen her?
My favorite is Ulduar. The boss encounters were fun, the graphics are incredible, and lots of the loot had a fun "steampunk" flair to it. Add to that my engineer main could actually "skin" some of the bosses, and you have my ideal instance. ;-)
My favorite zone is the new 4.0 version of Silverpine Forest, Horde side. The quests are deeply engaging, they a nice lead into the new Shadowfang Keep, and it has one of the most epic storylines in WoW history.
My favorite would be Vashj'ir. I remember exploring and saying wow, all while ignoring the people swimming around. And the ship-destroying octopus is cool.
