I seemed to have pissed off someone with my either my comment and/or voting as they specifically targeted my posts to down vote. (Kinda hard to miss having 20 comments on different pages downvoted within 5 minutes not be suspicious...)I'm pretty sure the reputation system wasn't designed as a means of letting some users throw hissyfits.
Looking into the log, it doesn't look like one person targeted you--I'll ask Koper I guess tomorrow, but from what I can see, it's not an individual user.
Thank You. I'm not really irritated that someone got into a disagreement with me, but this kind of behavior bothers me. .
The privilege for 5,000 reputation is the ability to view deleted comments, but when I am not logged in to Wowhead, I am still able to view deleted comments. Did I misinterpret the privilege, or is this an unintended feature?
Don't confuse "purged" comments with "deleted" comments. You probably see purged comments only while unlogged.
However, purged comments remain visible when not logged in (slash not having the rep to see deleted comments) if they have replies that were vote-deleted. Expected behavior: since it has no visible replies, it should be hidden as well unless the user has the rep for it.
Meh :/At this point I've pretty much decided that I might as well stop commenting since the user/s from earlier is still targeting my posts.
