So, as usual, the people in charge of class balance have no idea what they're talking about, and just throw nerfs around without rhyme or reason.
I read about giving 33%dmg done for unholy dks pets & ghouls summoned by apocalypse + army of dead the other day. Now i only see more (1-5 to 1-4 and now to 1-3)nerf to bis legendary which i don't have + previous nerfs to apocalypse & only 3% dmg buff? That 33% pet dmg was a dream? The big question is do we still require more nerfs? Hey, look i don't want to be first dps i just don't want to get kicked because im an unholy dk.A mass stun atleast would be great , you can put in in our pet stun which it has 1.5 min cd. This may pave our way to get into mythic pluses, why should i as a main unholy dk waste my ap in my frost weap which i don't like only to get invited to the raids and mythic + ? I played legion since day one & still don't have my 5% dmg perk on unholy weap cuz i progressed two weap at the same time and now im @#$%ed cuz most of the guild member got 7%dmg but me none . ( not mentioning bad luck strike on legendary rng system which brought me speed boot & ring)#WhereIsMy33%Dmg
In build 23109 Rune Tap was increased to 40% damage reduction. Has this been rolled back?

Seriously? This is Blizzards way of "fixing outlier legendaries"? Just nerfing ALL the rogue legendaries? There was ONE always good legendary, and they decided to nerf all the situational ones that they claimed needed to be buffed. Way to dump all over rogues again, just like with this aura buff, +7% is great, until everyone else gets something equal or greater to it. As if rogues weren't screwed enough as it is...
When is blizzard going to learn that mass nerfing always bring overall negative feedback. It is much safer for them to buff the broken pieces then to nerf something so obvious. They should add some damage modifiers to the utility legendaries to at least make them better than normal items. Like in my case my mythic 895 pants with a socket are far better than my legendary pants because all they do is give me a faster portal speed which is only useful in very few scenarios. That and the stats on my legendary are the worst 2 for my spec.Take those same pants though and add a reason to use it and I will find a way to fit it in. Like 30% increased damage for 15 seconds after portal use (with the long CD that seems about right).My luck so far has granted me 2 movement utility legendaries which add next to no increase in damage since I am very methodical in my movement anyway. They are only useful in Mythic+ since we are trying to speed through a large zone. I have run 100s of mythic+ and I full clear heroic, lfr weekly plus progression on mythic. I also do every single emissary quest.Make top tier damage 100% RNG based was a completely stupid decision. Legendaries do not feel "Legendary" at all now. They are just annoying and mostly useless (except if you are insanely lucky and get the right one). Nerfing the good ones does not fix this. It just makes them all useless meh and therefore takes away even more from the idea of getting a legendary. There are too many of them and most of them are garbage.
I understand the nerf on BM hunter legendaries, atleast I will not have to hope for them to drop for me to do my full damage. But BM hunters need a boost!Even with my 95+ percentile on logs I get fairly low dps. Locks, feral druids, MM hunters and enha shamans are very close behind me or have higher dps with 70 percentile? Like, seriously? And you even nerf us slightly in this patch? We need higher buff if you nerf two of our best legendaries or BM hunter is not competetive.
