He looks older then the last time we saw him.
Pretty cool Grommash model, I suppose times passes faster in AU Draenor too based on this?
Pretty cool Grommash model, I suppose times passes faster in AU Draenor too based on this?\r\rNah it's anime characteritis where the traumatic experience of WoD turned his hair all white.
I like this new grom.\rI wonder if this means that our return sees us in the present AU vs the past AU we were in during WoD.
He looks older then the last time we saw him.\r\rhe is. WoD took place in the past and in another universe. The Draenor we return to is the other universe but during the same time as us.
Baby garrosh anyone ?
Why is he grey-haired all of a sudden? Our Universe-Grommash was old as !@#$ too, but he never got gray-hair~ o_O
Pretty cool Grommash model, I suppose times passes faster in AU Draenor too based on this?\r\rNo, but our timeline's Grom was over a hundred years old. This was the result of Blizzard's messing story telling and multiple retconning, but in the end they just had to say he looked older because fel magic kept him younger (the opposite of what happened to Garona). AU Grom doesn't have any fel magic in his veins though so it's only natural he should be starting to show his age.
Grom as an old man!

I'm guessing that there's a time skip. Grom, in the alternative universe, which was set a a year or so before the First War, would be in his 20's. We destroyed the Dark Portal. My theory is that it takes a few decades of their time to reconnect to our Azeroth. That is why Grom is old.
I think what's going to happen is we go back to Draenor at a later point than we left.\r\rIn datamined text Sylvanas mentioned reopening the portal. And we know that there was a time gap of months, if not years, between when Garrosh went through and when the Iron Horde invaded Azeroth. Long enough for them to build their war machines and everything, anyways.\r\rSo I think when Sylvanas has the portal opened to contact the Draenor orcs, there's a time skip. Long enough that Grommash is older, and our battles on Draenor are becoming legends... and for the disparate orc clans to have united as Mag'har.\r\rWhich also explains why Grommash would send someone else as emmissary\/faction leader.
A OLD GROOOOMMMMM!

Dude, just because you don't have talent in story telling like Blizzard's doesn't mean you have to vent. XD It wasn't a retcon, time naturally would be different across realities or are you unaware how things like wormholes work?
Considering we can tame Dazarian Stalkers on the alpha, which used the Zandalari Cat form, it's safe to assume the unarmored variants will be used for the wild ones instead of the Druid version. Now, if only the bear forms that can be found in the wild got unarmored versions and were labeled as tameable...IT HAS TO HAPPEN.
oldman gromash

So he is around 60 during WOD? The grey hair seems sudden even if legion is a few years later.

interesting looks like paralell draenor is now on regular draenor\/azeroth's timeline or slightly further along I wonder if their is now an alternate reality baby thrall and garry
When I read this I instantly thought "finally, they fixed their horrible incorrect model of Grom!" but nope.\rHe still doesn't look at all like he was presented in the WoD intro cinematic.\rThere he had a more upright stance, darker reddish brown skin with black tattoos, a full nose ring as well as rings in his teeth and ears, and much more hair. I know they messed up the lore even there since his lower jaw should've had been covered by a full black tattoo like Garrosh had, but messing up even the skin tone?
