Wasn’t the rotation to mostly stop people who had accumulated and collected massive amounts of echos from becoming too over powered too fast? For BM Hunter, I have 3x Severe III, with a base crit chance of around 40% (goes up to 60 / 70 depending on procs). Should I add more Severes or should I go for Expedient III now?
Side question: Is the CD reduction Bow corruption available for purchase or not? If not, I have a higher level bow in my bank (+15 ilvl, with Deadly Momentum II), should I use that over the other?

I do label a cell on the lefthand side of each set of corruptions as US or EU which is what I highlight the active one in my version, but I should probably put 'active' or something in each of those cells too. It sucks weapons effects aren't for sell, seems quite arbitrary but I am sure they had their reasons. I'll keep my corrupted bow then. Until I can loot a better one from higher difficulties. Thanks.
