Bought this last week, highly recommend it! Won't run out of reading material for a long time! Many of these would cost you $12 each, so it's quite a deal! Only drawback is reading them as PDF, which is slightly annoying on Kindle. But I got used to it and having never read this stuff before, it's nice to learn more lore and see locations and characters realized in comic book or novel form.
I was tempted to get it but ultimately I feel like books are still something i'd rather have a physical copy of.
purchased. I really want to finish the ARTHAS novel i started with my son several years ago, but couldnt finish.
Thanks for this, just bought it. It's a steal for the money you are paying for it. Rather pay this and support the authors and a good cause then to buy a store mount you will use 3 times and be done with it.
Most of this stuff isnt available digitally (the legends comics, day of the dragon, sunwell trilogy, all the mangas, the cinematic art of warcraft)This is 200 bucks worth of books and comicsFor 18 bucksIf you have even the SLIGHTEST interest to read any of these do it itll be the cheapest you can ever get it
Anybody knows if the books are English only?I went to the website but there is no information about the lenguage.
no chronicle :/
Is it 25 eBooks, or 22 eBooks (with an option for 1 bonus physical book)?I ask because the total number items on this article seems to be 22/23, and my purchase (and downloads) showed 22 items. I want to be certain I got all of them (minus the physical book). :)
22 e-books, with the coupon for the 23rd as a physical for an additional $20.
Wow! Am glad for this post! I've been slowly reading though the novels, but this is a wonderful way to collect them!
Got the top bundle, had a few in paper format but still good bang for my buck. Some of the stuff is pretty decent too, like the Legends comics and the Sunwell trilogy. Not to mention, WoW's lore by now is unintelligible unless one get the books / comics as well.
I have not read in many many years. If I grab this for example and later on get a Kindle or something else not hard on the eyes. Would this work well and be in a good format to enjoy? I heard in the past a lot of stuff from humble bundle and such was in a really bad formatted pdf that just never worked right.Either way if anyone knows how well they work or hell have a picture example I love to see just what it look like. I have a lot of vision issues so it needs to be as close to a real book like sort how the kindle is when I tried it before.
And I'm still broke so this isn't any more helpful than the first chance.
5 novels and 17 comicsNovels are:Arthas, Rise of the lich kingThe day of the dragonThe demon soulWar of the ancients, The sunderingWar of the ancients, The well of enternity
Thank you for reposting if this is not the first article on it, since this is the first I'm seeing of this item. The opening paragraph says 25 (which is misleading), the inside of article also implies that you get 23 books including an electronic copy of the pop up book PLUS the option to buy a hard copy, not just a coupon for the pop up book, which is in fact what you are unlocking. You do get 22 pdf books plus a coupon for the pop up book. Still a good deal, but the writers could be more specific.
I wish they were Audiobooks! I feel I have to read something a few times to even visualise it. I'm not a reading learner; I learn aurally, verbally, observationally and kinesthetically.
also be sure you choose where your money goes, when i selected it, it had most going to blizzard and not the charity. i adjusted so most go to the charity and bliz and humble get a smaller tip (though i know blizzard made the books, i prefer to have more of the money go to the charity)
