People who have not purchased certain items such as Rank 4 of the Mythic+ Azerite Essences might have the Plastron azéritique délaissé on slots 4 or 5 or 6 (depending on how many specializations you have available). Make sure to check the vendor and change the number on the "BuyMerchantItem" according to what slot the chest item is in.

I'd recommend this instead:

/use Relinquished Azerite Chestpiece
