Blizzard's pay scaling is completely similar...so while we discuss how a good thick of their employees are underpaid..it seems that way because the livable salary for the area they live in is ridiculous. However, this is not unique to California...New York, D.C., Boston, Houston, Chicago, and various other metropolitan hubs have significant pay gaps.

Its going to be like this everywhere you go until you gain traction and get promoted. Missing something, yes, you've fixated on completely irrelevant things (that I haven't even brought up) there.

And no, I will not "please elaborate"; because all I'd end up doing is copy-pasting what I already said, so you can save us both some time, and go read that again. You don't need to "struggle" to address any of it, either - you owe me nothing. In fact, you don't even have to read it again, or think about it. Personal responsibility, and all, what you do is not, and never was, beholden to me.
