Soloing Scholo as a 70 prot paladin, I was thinking how easy these things were to kill when aoeing lots of them. Imagine my surprise when I killed over a dozen of them at the same time and they each did a "disease burst" for 623 damage each.

Not a fun fight for the AOE crowd. However, for Paladins and DKs drop your AOE and run them around it. They are slow movers and will die off a bit away from you avoiding the damage. Good luck. :)

Tend to blow up when you kill them. Rather annoying honestly though the damage is pretty easy to heal through.
