After securing more arcwine for the resistance's humanitarian efforts, Vanthir will have a queue of citizens for portions. He has random quotes in this case, but they do not show up in the chat window for some odd reason (and therefore cannot be parsed by Wowhead).

Finally. Found another of his locations. In the Joshen Lafave's tavern, The Waning Crescent, at 47.85, 82.98. But for some reason, in the 8.3 patch (maybe for that reason), he won't give the quests he usually gives, especially La requête d’Arluin. Any ideas ?
